When you create an account, you may opt in to receive (a) email notifications when it is your turn in an ongoing game or when your daily streak is at risk, and (b) email about events and platform news. Both options are unchecked by default — you must affirmatively check them to consent. For each opt-in selected at signup, we record the timestamp and IP address at the moment of consent to demonstrate compliance with applicable email and privacy laws. You may withdraw consent at any time from your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any email; we will stop sending the corresponding emails promptly. The same model applies to push notifications, which you can enable or disable at any time in your device settings or the app's notification preferences. You cannot opt out of essential service-related communications (security alerts, password resets, billing notices).
7.5 Do Not Track
Our Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where:
